re: December Ladies.

My strep b test came back negative yay! My baby ioboy is healthy and in position. They estimated his weight at 5lbs 10 ounces! Just waiting on him to get here, these irregular contractions are not fun.

I think I'm in the same boat as all of you, pretty sure my vag ous going to fall apart or break in half. This is my third pregnancy and im in uncharted territory, my other two had me delivering at 36 and 37 weeks. So im getting rather cranky these days. I had some pretty painful BH contractions all night sun only to find out at my appt it did nothing to change my cervix as the Dr put it" im half way to China"   he wants to see my twice next week and talk about induction cause blood pressure is whacky, and found out petty early baby is going to be big. Other two were 8lbs even though they were early. Any who good luck ladies were almost done!

Im due on the 4th...i was ordered another u/s at my 37 week check bc i was measuring at 38 weeks and the doc told me that he was weighing at 8 lbs 2 weeks ago...i am now 39.3 weeks and at my doc visit this week he hasn't dropped but I've dilated 1 cm..i had a great nights sleep but woke up extremely tired and lil man is moving slow...so hopefullythat's a sign of something...i hope everything goes well for you....i never experienced this with my 1st pregnancy..

I'm feeling good, just woke up not to long ago & my back is killing me! But I can't complain too much since I actually got some sleep last night.  


I went to the doctor on Tuesday & I am still 2 cm dilated & now 80% effaced. Making progress! I'm sooo ready for my little one to be here.

Im tired of working. Our xmas break starts the 21st I get paid to be off.
Hoping to deliver sometime from then to the 2nd so I don't have to come back to work for 6 weeks  

37 weeks today and been having contractions daily since they stopped my labor at 32 weeks. Went to mid wife yesterday and I am 3 cm and 80% effaced. My vag is broken too. Lol. Getting very anxious to meet our little boy.

My GBS came back positive, which didn't happen for my first. They said it's not a big deal but of course I made the mistake of Googling it and now I'm officially freaked out.  


I'm not feeling any contractions or anything, and I've tried checking myself a couple times and it doesn't feel like I'm dilating at all.

I've noticed the past few days I've had a TON more energy and I've also been ravenously hungry...kind of wondering if this means something's going to happen soon? Like I had been wiped out and sleeping until 9-10 every day (thank goodness DH gets up with DS), and this morning I was wide awake at 6:30.

I have hit and miss energy. But the never ending hunger just started this week!

I was strep b pos with DD1. It's no big deal. They hook you ip to an IV. However, if your water breaks naturally you have to go straight in.

Week 39 & I'm tired and miserable. DD's movements are painful, her head twists hurt my vagina!! Cervix is thick and posterior so DH & I have to have more sex now (lol he loves that idea). I'm pretty sure after sex last night I started losing my plug that continued until this am. Hopefully at my appointment next week I will have real progress (if I've not given birth by then lol)

growth scan today, he was weighing 6lb2oz I am 70%effaced & 1+cm

I'm ready to go into labor right now! Lol.
I've been having horrible pain in my vagina. I have horrible swelling in feet, ankles, toes, wrists, hands, and fingers! I'm just ready to be done. Swelling and vagina pain make it hard to walk and I couldn't sleep last night cause of vag pain. My hands keep going numb and have a painful feeling to them!

I'm so ready to be done! Dr appt on Monday the 3rd, and wed the 12th I have an u/s to check how big baby is cause I'm measuring two weeks ahead.

Also contractions seem to get more painful and closer together as the days go by. They hurt. Some of them make me want to not move ever again. I get really bad ones when I'm driving.

Ready to have my son and not be pregnant anymore!!

I have been feeling freaking weak all day. But dd loves head butting me or punching me in the cervix and it hurts to the point where I almost fall if Im standing.

I am feeling horrible, that could due to the round of nesting cleaning last night too. LO is engaged, sides hurt, cant hardly walk. Im scheduled for my c-section on the 18th but doc says its unlikely ill get there. Im sssooo ready! Had an u/s monday and another one this coming monday. He is measuring almost a week ahead and at 6lbs! He has huge feet n hands too. Cant wait to hold my little guy!
