Day 4 of Insanity

Well I haven't stepped on a scale yet, I'm trying to wait one full week to see how I'm doing.. I ate pasta for dinner :/ It's so hard to eat right when you live with a skinny, fat man.

I hear ya I did insanity for 2 weeks and dropped off it.   what a waste of 100 bucks   I want to try it again this summer after this baby. It was very hard though. And I know what you mean about living with a fat man hahah. You should see my so eat.

I started insanity off with eating right.. and lost a lb a day while doing it... I had other things come up and couldnt keep up with it :/

I was using my sisters after I had my daughter, I lost like 50 lbs over about one year but then she took it back and now I google each video and do it that way   Ugh, why can men eat so much and stay skinny??

Hoot: i know a lot of people who never kept up with it.
Its super hard!!! Ughhh.. It about killed me I was way out of shape . But lost 5 lbs. and my belly bloat.

Eating right as in eating the recommended calories for you or did you go off of the nutrition book?

Lol It's so hard... and I live upstairs! I try to land "cat like" hahah. Not too sure what 170lbs "cat" landing sounds like I'm sure not too lightly lol.

I cut back, portioned my meals... was eating healthier foods, but I did allow myself a day off to eat normal, but portioned... I didnt ever pig out, but if I wanted a candy bar, I had one. Guilting yourself over something like that adds weight too.

HAHA me too I am 170 right now and got down to like 163 ish doing insanity. Wearing a size ten. Still the biggest I have ever been in my life. Before my son I was 130 and in h.s. I was 115.   sad days huh???

It was physically demanding! I had emotional issues and family things go on to where I couldnt keep up. Wish I had though.

I was 190 for a looong time after my daughter was born, I got down to 152... and started pigging out, the weight came back in like 2 months

To have better results from insanity you need to eat the appropriate amount of calories for your goal and also need it to have 40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat. Also, the scale doesn't matter as long as you are losing inches. You are going to lose fat and gain muscle and the scale won't show you that.
