5 love languages quiz

Our counselor told us to take it yesterday. I just looked at the quiz but didn't actually do itbywt because I wanted to do it with my husband. It seems really interesting! I'm curious of what I will get lol I was wondering if anyone knew if u had to chose one or the other for all of them if there was some that u equally wanted to pick?? I also recommend for anyone in a serious relationship to take it because it seems like it could really help a lot!

I've read bits and pieces of the book. I recommend reading it if you're a reader.   It really does help to understand where your partner is coming from and totally helps relationships IMHO.

Didn't know there was a book lol I'm going to look it up I do love to rread, dh not so much lol our counselor told us to read the beyond boundaries book by john Townsend even though she really wants my husband to read it

Have u read the book? We are going to read it soon. We tried before but SOs heart wasnt in it. We're reading something else right now to wrk on our trust issues. But we read the daily devotionals by Gary Chapman that goes with the 5 love languages set.

I haven't taken the quiz in a long time. I don't think u have to do the quiz together. I think u just talk about it after. I think I'm a little bit of all of them. I'm sure I have one that stands out but I'll have to go take it again and see. I don't remember.

What book are u reading g for your trust issues? I probably should read that. I think my husband should read the one on boundaries. But I am interested in the love languages book I don't think dh will read it though. Also I heard the love dare is a great book. Didn't read it but read the dates and small excerpts that go with it.

It kind of depends on why you had trust issues. SO struggles with lying by omission and it has hurt me really bad. Also had a porn addiction in the last that he didn't tell me about. The book I'm reading is more about porn and cheating, but it talks about being hurt by your SO in general. It's called healing your marriage when trust is broken. So it helps If he did something to lose your trust. But it could maybe help if you have trust issues caused by someone else. I anything it's kind d interesting to see how the author Cindy beall was able to stay with her husband that cheated on her. He was a pastor and knocked up one of his mistresses. It's crazy.

Do u know the site where they have both? I only found one that was for the wives but I assumed it was the same for husbands but they would have to pretend it said wife lol and picking one for some of them seem pretty hard

Well that seems like its the book for me. My husband cheated on me, has been watching a lot of porn I'd say its an addiction but I don't know, plus he's lied to me about things

It asks for you or child then single or married and then husband or wife. They are hard to choose from you just have to pick the one you want most or couldn't live without.

I was also gonna say you should get him to read them with you. It helps us both a lot to read them Together. That way we both understand it and we can talk about it. But if u can't get his heart in it like I said happened to me before then it won't help. But u can always try to change yourself first. That's the only person you have control over. So definitely read stuff yourself if he refuses to read it with you.

I think I'm going to ask him if hell read them both with me. The boom u told me about I think would be good for us both to rread since he's the bone who did those things
