*hugs* luckily SO got help with the porn from one of his Christian friends before it got out of control. But the book says it is a gateway because they stop being satisfied by the porn and they don't feel comfortable confessing it to you. So they get out of control and cheat. I'm so sorry you are going through that. You should most definitely read it sweetie. We're only on the third chapter but it has already made my SO see where his road was leading. He didn't realize how serious it can be. I definitely suggest reading it together. There's reflection questions after every chapter that we do verbally together (and it's helped unlearn more about each other so far too) but u can do them separate if u want it to be private like a journal. Whatever helps you two. As long as you're comfortable with the Christianity aspect of it (idk your religious beliefs).

Well I'm definitely going to talk to my husband about it. I'm nervous because I'm not sure if he's into it like I am. Plus he hates reading "/ not sure how he will feel about the religious aspect but I'm perfectly OK with it

If he wants to work it out he really needs to do this for you. I'm hurting for you mama. That is such a tough situation to be in.

Yeah it is really tough. I've been trying to wait to say things only at our counseling sessions but I've been thinking maybe I should try talking to him at home. I just want to ask if he really knows how serious I am about it all and if he's on the same page I just get nervous

I would just get the book and bring it up. Show him and explain how you really wan to read this with him and try to fix your relationship. That's what I just did. But my SO is ready to heal from our past. We've been struggling our entire relationship with the lies about crap and were both finally at a point where we can't do it anymore and it just needs to change. I got mine at the local Christian book store but u can probably get it online too.
