At 12 weeks gender looks the same, it's more the "angle of the dangle" at that point.

Sex organs all start out on the outside. You can try to guess the sex based on the angle of the anatomy at this stage, but it is usually inaccurate.
I think the OP is just doing it for fun.

pretty sure the organs are never "inside" they juust look similar until a certain point, around 14 weeks you can start to see penis.. ive had a few friends who had US done at 14 weeks and you can cleary see a penis.

That's what I'm going with. The dangle looks like its straight or downward which indicates girl...but that's an ackward picture to look at to choose "angle of the dangle."
