When you feel anxiety

Building.. What do you do.

I feel it, in the pit of my stomach, in my chest and I'm holding back tears. I can NOT break down.

How can I do this?

Focus on something else. Switch what you're doing completely.

go somewhere quiet if you can and just breathe.
It helps me sometimes if it isn't too bad.

I usually just let it out, if I'm in public or some where around people where I don't want to break down I get out of the situation immediately so I can break down. Just last night I was at my grandmas and was feeling overwhelmed and the exact way you're feeling. I left and came home so I could break down and let it out. I have no advice because I don't even know how to handle it myself  

Do something to distract you, go out if you can. Something that can take you away from w.e is making you anxious. I have know found that just reading a book makes me feel better..

I'm just going through a lot.. And I keep breaking down. No matter how hard I try, my anxiety gets the best of me. And just comes rushing to the surface. I don't want to feel like this anymore.

No. I've taken care of my husband.. Well soon to be ex... For the past 5 years and neglected myself. Now that he wants out, I just don't know where to even begin.

Omg hun, I'm so sorry. I have seen your posts about your husband's health before. Take this time to focus on yourself, satisfy you, and make yourself happy.

Thank you. It's just so hard. So smurfing hard. I've been there for him, when most people would have walked away. I was strong for him when I wanted to be weak, and now this. Now he washed his hands of me and doesn't care.
