The only food you can basically eat in large amounts are veggies, and that doesn't mean you can drown them in dip either. Even some fruit you can't pig out on, it can be just as bad.

!!

Like last night (and most of my meals lol) I had a smaller portion of meat, a TON of broccoli and cauliflower, and a VERY small amount of homemade mashed potatoes that I even shared with my youngest lol

Right! lol

OP you should tell her to add a lot of veggies! I don't eat a lot of fruit anymore...only in moderation now because some fruits aren't too great as well

Ewww... my Sister does that too. Well, she basically puts ranch on everything. Pizza, salad, spaghetti, hot dogs, you get the point. She's 300+lbs and says it's her Thyroid.

I've become the Master of nod and smile around her. Love her to death, but, just no.

I don't think downing a whole pizza is bad. I think I've come close and I wasn't even pregnant. I regretted it afterward, but it was damn good going down.

I'm a pretty good eater. I'm a vegan and try to watch what I eat on a daily basis.

I had a friend tell me that you can eat anything you want and still look awesome and be healthy as long as you work out. Three burgers a day with fries? Sure, just add another set of sit ups.

Working out...why didn't I think of that?!

Fruit is good for pooping though.... haha Have one or two portions of fruit a day as a snack (like an apple or an orange or something).

But yeah, put veggies in EVERYTHING, they will help fill you up too. I used to eat egg whites with tons of chopped of veggies for breakfast, a salad with no dressing for lunch and basically anything I wanted for dinner but small portions. Fruit was for snacks.

I lost a lot of weight.

that's how we eat here.
I put millions of veggies in every single thing we eat.
Majority of my meat loaf is veggies lol and then it's ground turkey.
But I do tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic gloves, and spinach.

God I love veggies...

OH yeah! I have a small apple with my egg in the mornings lol. I eat veggies with everything too! And they are filling! For lunch a lot of times I have salad loaded with more veggies in it and a little bit of this balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

My 5 year old is getting good at eating veggies with everything.

We made home-made pizza last night... It was thin crust, a bit of sauce, a little cheese, and then we all did our own toppings... She puts nothing but spinach on her pizza!   I adore her!

OH I LOVE HER.
Spinach is a big staple in this house. We go through 2 huge containers of spinach
each week.
