Very TMI :/ cum or plug??

So my OB has recommended DH and I have as much sex as possible to help thin out my cervix as its posterior & thick. Last night DH and I were intimate and when I went to clean up in the bathroom, it seemed there was a LOT more cum than normal.. Like I've never seen/cleaned up that much before :/ and this morning after using the restroom, there was even more, only stringy/globby if that makes sense lol. It wasn't bloody but holy smurf, I'm not exaggerating, I've never seen that much globby mess. Anyways, how can you tell the difference between cum and your mucous plug? I'm 39 weeks. Prob some of your plug. Mine has been like that for weeks now. Its worse after we have sex too!

Probably a bit of both. I know what you are talking about, happened to me. It's nasty. I literally grabbed a towel and used the whole thing and immediately washed it. I wanna puke thinking about it.

When I was pregnant my husbands cum would come out in globs and chunks for a good 12 hrs or so and I thought it was my plug. My OB told me it wasn't, and he was right. When I lost my plug it was different. It was bloody and filled the toilet with globs of orange.

Yeah this smurf is STILL coming out in globs. Its NEVER this messy, usually after sex I'll go to the bathroom, sit on the toilet for a bit and wipe up and done! No mess. This is non stop :/

Mine was really bloody and gross, and it seemed to be endless. I started having clear chunks and strings around 24 weeks and it looked like plug from the pictures on Google. Maybe my Dr. just didn't tell me it was pieces of plug because he knew I was a worry wart and would be freaked out about preterm labor.
