Stupid question...

Ok, so I have not had my period since February of '07... Don't hate, ladies   haha jk... but here's my question, could I still get pregnant if I haven't had my period yet?? (I am still nursing)

Yes. That is how most people get pregnant....they think nursing is a form of birth control. I am terrified of that cause I am nursing to....I'm on the mini pill.

I dont know alot about this, but I do know a girl who didnt get her period for over 1 1/2 years. She was wanting to have a baby, but couldnt get pregnant (or so they thought) because she didnt ever get her period. Finally, the doctor's decided that they were going to give her something to make her get it so they could start with that before trying to tackle any possible fertility problems, but low and behold, when she went in for her appt, they tested her and she was a little over a month pregnant. So, to answer your question, I would think yes.

Although, she was not not getting her period due to nursing, so I dont know if there is any correlation or not! Sorry!

i am not using nursing as a form of BC, I am not an idiot... What I was asking is if I could still get pregnant having not had my period yet... and Mae, shut your mouth... this is abot you... about us... from last week. I think I'm pregnant. I'm sorry you had to find out like this.

It's strange, isn't it? You don't have your period but you can still reproduce! How would I ever know if I was right now or not?? Uh oh... haha

haha I didn't think you were. I wondered about not getting a period if you could still get pregnant. I got my period 1 month pp though, blah.

It's possible because you could ovulate and not know it and then BAM! You're pregnant before Aunt Flow has a chance to visit! Are you trying, Anna?????

Yeah seriously! I was wondering how you keep from going crazy! I am 3 months PP and nursingand I feel like I need to keep testing already! Although on the other hand it would be nice to not deal with that for another year!!
