If you're hurting tell someone. Do not go through it alone. I lost 2 children before I had my first, and my 2nd was a twin. We lost one at 15 weeks. I'm still not over any of them but I can say being open and honest with people especially if I"m having a hard time really helps me. Have you looked into support groups? A lot of hospitals have them for parents dealing with miscarriages.

It's been 6 years since I lost my first and it still hurts. It'll get easier with time just like any loss I suppose. I have a hard time around the times I got pregnant, when I lost my angels, and when their birthdays would be. I hope you feel better soon ::hugs::

Honestly i have nobody to talk to and that's why i don't talk to anyone. It's just hard because lately i just don't feel the need to be on earth. Sometimes i am okay and other i just get so depressed. No i haven't, i never thought about support groups.

There are several people on here who can relate. I would have had a little five-year-old this month, and after all of this time, that still hurts and makes me sad. But remembering that I'm not the only person who has felt that pain makes it an easier burden to bear.

I can't relate at all. But i had to stop and type you something because i hate knowing that you're sad and upset. Like i said i have never gone through it but my heart goes out for you. You have me and the rest of the girls to talk to. We care and are always here if you need someone to vent to. You can also text/call me anytime you need someone no matter what time. Stay strong Jayme <3 It will get easier soon and won't always be this hard i promise. Just have faith and do everything for your angel. I know they would be very proud of everything you end up accomplishing in life.

A support group will probably do you some good, whether it's online or in real life. Just don't keep it all bottled up inside of you. I did that for years and I was miserable every day, then I was told about the support group and I swear it helped me so much. Those people understood me, they knew what I was going through, and we were there for each other if we needed to talk yell cry and scream. My support group was fantastic. You need someone, please don't go through this alone.
