Does Lanolin Go Bad?

Anyone know if this stuff expires? I have some from when DS was a baby but that was 2 1/2 years ago. I don't want to buy more if I don't need to, especially since I hardly used it, but that seems like a pretty long time. I can't find an expiration date on the bottle, though.

It should be on the end of the tube... but I'd honestly throw it out if you can't find an expiration date.

Mine is like on the crimped part at the bottom. Or maybe you could look it up by serial number? Idk. Lol.

My Lansinoh HPA Lanolin expired, can I still use it?
If your tube has expired, we do not recommend using it for breastfeeding. If you have used it before you noticed that it had expired, do not worry, it is ok. Lansinoh HPA Lanolin, because it is ultra purified and bacteriostatic, will inhibit growth of bacteria. If your tube has been opened and expired, we don't recommend using it and would recommend buying a new tube.
Where is the expiration date on the tube?
The expiration date can be found at the end of the tube, on the back, where the crimp is. It will say 'EXP' followed by the month and then the year.

I have some from when my 2year old was born too so I was curious as well lol

No it's fine to use it has natural preservatives that keeps it for a long time I used a jar for about four years it won't hurt you or the kids
