I have those same feelings. I also want to have the same last name as my daugher though.

We are engaged.. Just waiting till we have the money to get married.

Or if you're too scared to directly tell him this you could always get a mutual friend to tell him so ur not just dropping hints... Or just leave this post up on ur computer when u know he's around and going to look

I know how you feel. I can't wait until I have his last name.   I'm in no rush...he can take his time but I know if he asked me right now....i'd say YES!

if she's scared to tell him, maybe they aren't in the right place in their relationship. that's weird. i would never leave stupid smurf for my SO to see like that. gotta be an adult about smurf.

I'd probably sit him down and tell him you were serious. DH and I always knew we were going to get married but it was something we would do "later." Once I found out I was pregnant, it was set in stone that we'd be getting married the next June 9th (it was the date we knew we wanted from the beginning since it's when we started dating). He proposed but the purpose of that was more or less just to give me the ring.

I'd be honest with him,tell him how you really feel. You never know he might want marriage he just doesn't know how to go about it.

yeah but if he thinks you're so against marriage, then he probably just decided it was alright and isn't gonna bring it up. just mention that you changed your mind with everything going on and because of how you feel about him.

Well if you talked crap about marriage he probably doesn't think he has a chance so instead of sitting him down and telling him you wanna get married just explain to him how much he means to you and that if he ever feels ready for that next step, you'd be willing to take it with him
