yeah just stick it in right by your cervix and it dissolves. do not prick it. i tried that and it was leaking all over before i could even pull my pants up lol. and the whole capsule dissolves so you dont have to worry about it getting stuck up there or anything. it really does work wonders. i was efaced 20% when i was told to take it by my midwife and i went to see her a week later and i was effaced 100%!
