Am I missing anything for baby?

So, I'm going nuts because I swear I'm forgetting something that we're going to need for LO when he gets here. We have:
Diapers and wipes
Plenty of blankets and towels
Swaddling blankets
Co-sleeper
Swing
Carrier
Car seat
Stroller
Pump, bottles, breast pads, freezer bags
Pacis
Safety 1st kit containing nail clippers and the like
Shampoo, lotions, etc.

Is there anything big that I'm missing?

I always keep gas drops and vasoline.

I was debating over this one today. We didn't use one at all with DS until he was old enough to sit up and play in one, we just co-showered.

We didn't use either of those with DS, either. We put him on a blanket for tummy time and found the boppy we had to be a pain in the ass. I'm wondering if I should pick a boppy up just in case, though? I don't know, I don't think there's a point if we didn't use them the first time but at the same time I know babies are different.

I used my Boppy all the time.
Nursing cover? Some type of carrier (sling, ergo, moby, etc)?

We have Vaseline but skipping out on the gas drops for now. I wasn't sure if they had a use by or use within x days of opening date so thought it best to wait.

I hated the covers, but we do have one packed away I could dig up. I could be wrong, but I thought I listed carrier.
