Not eating formula!!
posted 28th Nov
My 9 month is refusing to eat his bottles. I don't give him food unless he eats his bottles, but he isn't eating them now. What do I need to do? And please don't tell me he will eat when he is hungry.

With my oldest I would give him solid before I would nurse him. But about 9 months he went on a strike from nursing and just went with solid foods and water from his cup. He got over that after 2 days and went back to nursing just fine.
So try giving solid food first and see if he will take his bottle. If not he is probably just going on strike and will go back to it later. Try giving a cup with water if you are worried about fluid intake.

He was starting to do it on his old formula similiac, but we switched to gerber because wic here only gives that. So it's not the new formula because he was starting to do it on his old one. We have dr appt on 6th, so I'm gonna be asking about it then
