shaking baby

So I have tried looking into it but cant find much. My 7 month old son shakes his whole body alot. When it started it was just when he got excited but now its like all the time. Any one elses baby do this?he also moves his hands and feet around in circles non stop. and that starts as a eating thing. but has gotten to be al the time too. First time mm so idk if i should call his doctor or not. Or if either of these are normal. both are all the time pretty much when he is awake and hen he does either it not just a little.

My son shakes randomly, but it's a symptom (not sure if right word lol) from his syndrome. His doctors aren't worried because its normal for him.
