London Broil

How do you make it and what do you make for sides?
I usually do mine in the crockpot as stew but i want to try something new and i plan on slicing it once cooked, but since its a chunk, how do yuo cook it? Cant grill it since its raining.

I use the broiler and just do what ever veggies I would do with steak. Potatoes, salad, green beans...

I marinate mine in Italian dressing and then either broil it or grill it. For sides I do either baked potatoes or rice, and a salad or some kind of veggie.
