New to the weight loss world =/

Hi. So i am 2 months pp and have between 10-15 lbs to lose. I've never in my life had to lose weight so this is very new to me. I used to work out here & there but never steadily because i was naturally pretty fit. So my first question is... I am thinking about doing the 30 day shred, has anyone done it & had success? Second question is i am clueless as to what i should or shouldnt be eating while doing it... Does anyone know of any website where i can find an already made meal plan or something along those lines? Thanks in advance

30 day shred is awesome. It's hard to stick to because of how repetitive it can be.

If you are breastfeeding, don't diet or do anything to extreme exercise wise because "supposedly" it can release the toxins from the fat into your milk. Not sure how true that is but it is what I have heard 

Just eat healthy foods and drink lots of water. Green tea is supposed to help with weight loss too. Also eliminate junk foods, soda, and basically anything that is overly processed that you don't understand the the ingredients are, like polysucralose or tripolyphospahte   That is what I am doing and this week I lost 2lbs so far.

Im not breastfeeding so i dont have to worry about that lol... Hm ill have to try the green tea, and as of today i have stopped eating junk food & all that stuff... I hope that helps Thanks for the advice & yay for you losing 2 pounds already   Hope it keeps going well for you!

Just watch your calorie intake. go to www.myfitnesspal.com it's great for keeping track of your calories. you can set up a diet plan and how man cals you want every day. Then you type in your meal plan for the day. It will tell you where you need to cut out and where you need to add. and it's FREE!
