Just wondering what others are choosing as birth control? I just had my baby 3 weeks ago and was looking at options. I am thinking maybe shots so I wont forget the pills.

i have the depo shot. it works for me

Paragard IUD.

I'm on the mini pill but soon going to get an iud

Was on the nuva ring at 6 weeks. I had no problems with it. But I just got the Implanon this week at 4 months PP.

I took pills..and here I am 7 pregnancies later..lol.. but I love my kids to death. Take it from me hun,...get something you don't need to remember to do yourself.

I got the depo when I was like 17 or something & it made me gain a LOT of weight, like 40 lbs... I had my DD 2.5 wks ago and decided on the mini pill, just set an alarm on my phone to go off every day & keep the pills in my purse so I always have them when its time

That would be a good idea. I was worrying about the weight gain with the shot. I have heard the iud is horrible to get put in.

I have never heard of the mini pill.

i had an iud none of its safe though so make sure u get alot of info. most of them are more problems then anything.

I have the mirena IUD. I didnt find it was too painful to have put in. Nothing worse than a pap.
