Gay guys and their lisping

I love gay guys   I always say "I need a gay best friend" lol but I was watching TV just now and there was this gay guy who was speaking perfectly normal to his parents and family but after he left he had that tone and the lisp and everything, and i'm like....really? Why do that? I don't get it lol i've never really thought about it all that much but do all gay guys fake it? And if so....why?

I have no clue, i have no problem with gay people at all. But i dont understand why gay men have to talk that way. Why cant they talk like a normal man? I always wondered if they just do it because they want to.

I have super fem gay friends and regular guy gay friends. No. Gay guys don't fake a lisp. They are either lispy or their not. Just like any other person.

It's a fag thing, not a gay thing. There's a difference.   Just ask a couple of different gay guys.

I've never EVER heard my gay friends refer to themselves or other gay men as "Fag" that's really disgusting.

Pfft, they put it on, I had 2 friends who were perfectly straight and talked perfectly normal.
One came out, now he talks with the lisp.
One (my sisters ex) just got married but I noticed he has gotten the gay lisp :O
(he slept with a guy while he was with my sister but the girl he married doesnt know)

Maybe it's situationally what they are comfortable with or like to do. Such as church people who talk all quiet and mellow at church and around fellow church goers but then in their home environment talk louder.

Not always. Now that it got stereotyped with effeminate gay men, some do emulate that stereotype because they like it, or think it's funny, or whatever reason.

But others do have a genuine lisp that they were born with

99% of the gays I went to school with have the stupid lisp (even though I have heard them talk normal before) and call themselves fags.....
