My Sister has PCOS and had an Ovary removed. She had TTC for years and her Doctor told her she would never have kids. I have an 11 year old Niece though  

It might be more difficult but u can still get preg with one. Good luck.

Not personally, but my mom had the exact same thing as you happen to her when she was in college. She gave birth to four of us! She only had trouble conceiving me. I'm her second child, and it took her a year to conceive me. My 3 sisters were all conceived her first cycle, though.

I don't have kids, but my mom had an ovary removed when she was 18 and was told she'd never have kids. Welp, she ended up having 4 and none of us were the result of her ttc. So...yeah.
