Well now I'm super concerned because a day before the little girl in my class broke out i was in the hospital and acquired a flushed looking rash for a few days on my cheeks cheat and breasts. It went on my upper arms a little. I contributed it to some reaction from the steroid shots but now I'm wondering if it was the virus. So if they tested my immunity now it would show me as immune. Idk. Cause I could have been exposed by the same person as the girl. Who knows. Or maybe my I curation period was shorter. There's a wide incubation period from what I found and it varies person to person.

When they do the panel it is two parts, an overall immunity, and another that assesses something else that can tell if it was a recent infection, like within a few months. At least my panel was drawn that way.

*update*

So when I went to the high risk specialist he (luckily) was VERY concerned about the parvo exposure. He sent me right away to the lab for the blood test and checked LO for anemia while he was doing my u/s.

The nurse was just in shock with all the crap if been through the last month haha. And then the news they gave me there. She probably got a hand cramp writin all my issues down

So I find out this week what my blood test results were. Hopefully everything is good but If not I have to go back Friday for another u/s.

That's good! Even though it's more on your plate it's still really good!

Mine gave me the impression it wasn't so serious after 20 weeks but I for sure thought you should have the ultrasound test for anemia in the brain done. So I'm glad they're doing the full work up!

He said she does have mild anemia (I have no freaking idea how they can tell that on an u/s haha) but he wasn't concerned unless my blood test comes back positive then he wants to check her again at the end of the week.

They can determine it by the blood flow. they measure it like they do the beating heart. So many times means normal, not so many means it doesn't. They usually do it in the brain.

At least that's what they told me when they walked me through Malachi's exam for parvo and trisomy 18, 13, and 21.

That's what mine kind of looked like but they did it in his brain. It was odd to me so I asked them to explain it to me. Maybe they measured blood flow in her heart instead?

Idk where he was looking. But it had waves just like when they do the HB.

Yep they did that in my ultrasound. But I was looking and had it explained to me. They do it in the brain.

Well it's both good news and bad news. Since you haven't had it you don't have the antibodies, but it's good you don't have it now!
