If you have two special people who you want to honour as namesakes (your mom and DH's mom or your dad and DH's dad for example) then I think it is okay.

If they are just random names then I would recommend just picking the one you like more.

all 4 of my children have 2 middle names each. we have a Victoria Lee Rose, Mikayla Anne Marie, Emily Nicole Lynn, Dominick Aiden James. every 1 of their middle name is a family name, except Aiden. that I pickednecause I loved it.
