A lil nervous/impatient

So ive has signs od preterm labor n my doc is an awesome ob doc n she is keeping a close,eye on me...i have an apointment tmrw,@ 11am to re-check up on my babygirl...n I feel im gonna hear im starting to dialate or SOMETHINGS goin on down there bcuz my stomach has dropped a lot n ive has horrible lower back pain n my LOs movement is super low in my belly....ive already had the steroid shots

So im.not sooo worried about her coming early...just nervous to deliver early...both my other daughters were term!!!

How many weeks are you? Have you called your doctor and told her about your back pain? Is your stomach tightening at all? Are you on bed rest and following it properly?

Im 29 weeks as of this friday...n no I havent told my doc of the back pain bcuz i fifured I see her tmrw anyways so ill just inform her then...n my stomach does tighten randomly throughout the day but not consistantly to be concerned...n no bed rest as of right now! Just got this gut feeling she,will be telling me some type of baby coming soon info tmrw

When you are high risk (or even not) you are suppose to inform your ob of 3-4 contractions an hour. Back pain can also be back contractions, especially if baby is low. Go ahead and call your doc, just to let them know, they may bump up your appt or have you wait, but better to call. Have you been drinking a lot of water? Sometimes with pre-term labor it doesn't fit the standard labor signs. I would try laying down for a while and drinking a LOT of water. Just to see if it helps the pressure and pain. If it doesn't after a few glasses, I would definitely get checked out.

Hopefully everything is alright and she stays in a lot longer . You're still very ealry. It kinda sounds like you want her to come already. Anyways good luck and I would call and stay in bed.

Noooo I do not want her to come early...its just been one thing after another n ive just had this gut feeling that shes just not gonna make it tobterm...i actually want her to arrive on her due date..wich is my actual bday lol n.i think that would be the best bday gift everrr

Most def drink a ton of water daily n I trybto rest as much as possible but its def hard seeing how im a single mom of 2 my 1st is 6 n my 2nd just turned 3 so I try when I can.lol but ill be checked tomorrow so I will update then...thanks for the advice ladies its appreciated

I had pre term labor with both of my boy's but this one has been perfect pregnancy. I am hoping that this little boy will come on his due date which is my birthday Feb 18th close behind yours. But he is staying low the whole pregnancy

O wow thata awesome   but what were ur signs of preterm lavor if u dont mind me asking?

I had contractions that hurt and you could time them and nothing would make them stop. Like they tell you to lay on your left side and drink water take a warm bath nothing worked I would have to go to the hospital and get shots to get them to stop. WIth my first he was born at 35 1/2 weeks and my second made it to 39 weeks on his c section date. Good luck I hope your little one stay's until your birthday.

Oh ok I had the same issues already n my doc did the ffn test n it came back.positive so my doc sent me to the hsptl to get 2 steroid shots...1 on one day n the 2nd the next day...n the last few weeks my stomach has droped so im hoping to.not hear any bad news tmrw...

Good luck. I am worried a little about this one coming early even though I have had a good pregnancy so far. He is so low he never did move up and I didn't think he could get any lower but he has. I don't go back to the Dr until the 12th. I switched Dr's my other one was a little crazy and takes to many risk for my comfort. But I hope all goes well and you get good news.

Well update: im 20% thinned out but thank the man.above im not dialated any...i want her in as long as possible n thats my next visit visut 12/12/12 lol good luck on.ur visit also  

I'm glad you and little one are doin good and she is going to stay in a little longer. I am hoping for the same.
