any tips to make hair grow?

I cut my hair off after I gave birth to my LO. now I've been looking at pictures with my hair super long and I'm so sad! I want longer hair again~ currently it's a little below my shoulder.

Anyone know any tips or remedies/shampoos to make hair grow?

Ive been trying to grow my hair out too. Ive been taking Biotin and folic acid pills. That helps, I also do a massage every night on my scalp. I hear rosemary oil helps too, I tried but couldnt handle the smell! Lol

so its growing, just taking forever! Im like you, I had long long hair until I had LO. I cut off 20inchs after I had him.

Unless you have a medical condition, your hair is always growing. A healthy scalp is the key to growing healthy long hair. Preventing breakage is also important.

all the home stuff.
cold water and scalp massage to stimulate the scalp!
Helps when your hair doesn't break when sleeping too, putting a scarf on your head when you sleep helps.
Biotin, healthy diet.
and time of course.

Prenatal vitamins. Your hair grows on average 1/2" a month. No shampoos or anything will help, just good nutrition. (went to cosmetology school)

Biotin. It's a vitamin. I got both my cousins to take it and after a few months their hair was way longer and thicker. Also keeping it healthy, good shampoos, protein enriched diet.

Also, Cut your ends off every 6 weeks.
It is going to break your heart to cut your progress off, But, It really helps.

Some people put olive oil in their hair, But I am not too sure about that.

Be careful with Main and Tail, its made for horses so it has way more protein in it. The protein can actually cause bald spots. I was going to use it and my BIL put a hault to that, he is a cosmetologist and has clients go in daily with bald spots from using it. Scary!

I have tried that before, but it was years ago and I don't really remember if it worked or not. I think I actually still have it in my closet! I might give it a try again!

Ya I heard it makes your hair grow so of course I wanted to try it. I posted it on FB and he freaked the hell out! Lol he's somewhat of a DIVA! haha.

They have main and tail for humans now. It's in the shampoo/conditioner aisle.
