So crazy!

My stepmom is 18 weeks. I'm 8 weeks & 3 days. She found out today she is having a girl. Poor things she has 2 daughters & Im my dads only child. I guess my daddy will just have to use my son as his little buddy. I was wondering if any of you ladies (over the age of 40) had a child. Im worried about her, even though the test have came back normal. Was it hard to start over? Did you have any issues?

You make it sound like having another daughter is the worst thing in the world. Lots of people have only one sex and love their kids regardless.

No I wasn't. I know they will love this one just as much the rest of us. They are disappointed right now but I'm sure it will get better.

I personally couldn't imagine having a child at age 40. I have a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old now and I'm 23 and I swear to goodness, they wear me out :-/
