upset tummy

Im pretty sure my little boy has an upset tummy. What can I do to help him out? I was changing a dirty diaper of his and he started tooting and I was like oh no, because I was already trying to wipe up his greyish green poop. And then it happened. I got sprayed with poop. It was gross lol. Then he peed on me haha it was just a mess! I gave him some Gripe water already but is there anything else I can do? Im pretty sure what I ate last night is upsetting his tummy. I made homemade mac and cheese and it was really cheesy so I think that did him in   I feel horrible now for eating it because I even said to myself, I hope he doesnt get extremly gassy from this. It was so yummy but I think I'm going to have to cut dairy out of my diet for my little guy

There's not much you cando besides keep feeding him. It'll flush out eventually. If he gets worse or has a fever or skmething call his dr. But it does kind of sound like a sensitivity to something you might have ate.
