Just got the smurf scared out of me....rant

I swear this kid gets hurt every week ;(.
My dumbass fiance has been leaving his tools out...I usually find them and put then up. Apparently there has been a HEAVY ASS screwdriver sitting on top of tall skinny cabinet type thing in our bathroom for MONTHS.
N always opens the little door on it while I pee....its literally a foot from my leg..I guess today he was jerking it open just enough to where it caused the screw driver to roll off and hit him on the head...now he has this knot on his head which I'm currently holding an ice pack to ((.
WTF has there been a heavy ass screwdriver hidden on the top of that thing this long and he didn't bother moving it or telling me!?!
It scared the smurf out of me because it could've easily fell the other way and poked his eye....I also don't understand why they make screwdrivers that heavy....so f***ing angry right now

He kept saying "Well you should've been watching him"...
What!? I shouldn't have to worry about heavy ass tools hiding in the bathroom!
Whyyy do they leave tools in the bathroom! Haha....ugh

He scream cried for a few mins and I was so scared something worse happened...
I wanted to rush him to the doctor but the bruise seems to be going away with the ice pack. Ahhhhhhhh

I think it's just man logic to be an idiot and not think about the things they leave laying around. Then be an smurf when you call them out on being an idiot.

YES! God I was so mad/ scared I called him and the first thing I said was " WHYYY IS THERE A SCREWDRIVER in the BATHROOM! ...
He was like " That's been there for months" ...and then he got all pissed at me that I called him and acted like it was his fault....I don't care if this starts a fight...I've told him several times before don't leave your tools out!! BAHHH

Story of my life :/
My husband is a mechanic tech, and he is ALWAYS leaving tools all around the house, I freak out because i have three little ones that get into everything.
I have to be picking up everything. and make sure everything is on a safe place.
I hope your little one is Okay!

I also had a heart attack today. I was unloading the dishwasher and DD ran in swiped something out of the utensils basket and ran off. When she snatches stuff, she runs and dives on the beanbag. I was terrified that she grabbed a sharp knife or a fork. Luckily she only grabbed a butter knife.
I hope your little man feels better soon!

Ugh. I feel for ya. Any time I point out something to mine that he just even needs to clean up he gets all defensive and angry. Lol I'm just like, "why can't you just put things back where they belong when you're done using them? That's how you keep a house clean..."
