i'm going to go insane

my 15 month old whines CONSTANTLY. literally from the moment she wakes up, until nap time, then until bed time. she probably spends one hour a day(a minute here and there added up) NOT whining.. me and DH are both about to lose our minds. i know there's not really a whole lot to do but any ideas at all?  

My son was like that until he got his ear tubes, he was literally a different kid after his tubes. Does she tug her ears or has she had any ear infections?

no.. and she's always whining about something, like she wants to be held, or can't reach something she wants..

Hm I'm not sure, maybe talk to her pedi about it and see if they have any suggestions? Hopefully she will grow out of it, I know it's stressful!!

DD was like this until we started making her use words or expressions to tell us what she wanted, or she didn't get it. If she whined, we ignored her. She learned pretty quickly that whining was not going to get her anywhere.. it was rough for a few days and we heard lots of screaming and crying, but eventually she started just pointing to things or saying what she wanted.
