I'm going through something similar minus the sex and cheating part. Husband works 10 hour shifts Mon-Thur 3p-1:30a but is gone 2p-2a for those shifts since he works nearly an hour away. It's tough. I'm alone, bored, and lonely. And when he's home, he's "too tired" to spend time with me. I can relate, but I'd never go out and have sex and cheat on him. I'd just be done if it came to that.

Number One. You need to break up with him if you can't be faithful to him.
I think women cheat because they need to have a space filled, like something is lacking in the current relationship. Women like attention & affection, and at the beginning of a relationship, all that is brand new. I mean, I'm not saying that doesn't continue in some relationships.He's complementing you, making you feel special & you get that butterfly feeling again. You feel like you have a reason to dress up, look nice. You get nervous again...etc. I'm not saying everyone needs to go out and cheat so they can feel special again, but that is why some women do.
