What is your method..

I have a 3 year old daughter. She attends preschool everyday, she does really well every now and then like any other toddler she will have days where she gets a note from school saying she refused to listen to her teachers today or whatever. We have a chart in her room that we put smiley faces on daily for every good day we have at school and once she gets a week full of smileys we give her a small prize (nothing major usually stickers or something like that she loves stickers)
I was wondering what are some other moms methods for dealing with toddler disicpline?

My 4 year old started pre-k this year, and we take her to Chuck E Cheese for every 6 weeks with no color changes.

She has a calendar in het folder that I have to sign every day, and we talk about her day ands what all she did. So far we are just starting our 3rd six weeks and she hasn't had any. Idk if her Chuck E Cheese trips are helping with that or not, buy we all have fun! Lol
