Have you tried the pork chops with mushroom soup?

Cook white rice and place it evenly in the bottom of a square glass dish, add pork chops that have been brownd on the stove, I brown mine in a bit of soya sauce peppers and onions with garlic and salt and pepper to tast. place on top of rice (just the pork chops) pour a can or two of mushroom soup on top of it and bake it, its super good.

I make the same dish but using left over turkey at thanksgiving time (or when we have turkey) its super good too. lol

i havnt, im not a mushroom lover. but my hisband is-so ill have to make it for him one day.

im a crockpot virgin, so here goes nothing haha. i ended up putting in some chicken and broccoli with onion soup mix. used what i had so i can go out next week and get the chicken soup for the other one=] so hopfully this turns out good. im so scared of the crockpot and new food ideas lol but we are all so sick of the same things everyday
