Headcold :(

My poor baby girl has a headcold she's 9 weeks and 2 days old, she has a cough, sneezes, stuffy nose but not all the time, her cheeks and hands feels cold but her belly and back is warm. Her temp last time I checked was 36.8 I'm so worried about her she spits up some milk which she never would before yet she is smiling and laughing and playing.
