Lol I just know it's been done in NZ, it's ruled child abuse to make the parents change it, not to get the kid taken off them. The kids name was Tallulah Does The Hula From Hawaii. Judge ruled child abuse and forced the parents to legally change it. We had a Number 16 Bus Shelter as well at some point, i think they forced his parents to change that name as well.

I think it was something about the parents had to know the child would be subjected to taunts as she got older, therefore they knowingly caused her harm? Idk, but she was taken into court custody or something to get her name legally changed at 9 years old. The article doesn't specifically mention abuse but when it was on the news they were chucking that word around. Idk if every country has a list like ours does lol
