More movement than normal

So I was due testerday as normal movement decreased the last month or so but tonight my mucus plug has some bloody show I'm scheduled to be induced Thursday morning. And I've had some weird pains but my baby has been moving non stop since about 8pm. Does increase movement possibly mean labor is near? Also I'm kinda freaking out because I feel like his head has moved from where it should be with all this movement. Any advice?

no.. he's just active. Doesnt' mean anything.

That happened with my second. She was very still but then one night She moved so much that she broke my water and came 3wks early. You are due so anything is possible but I think your baby is locked and loaded. head should still be in the correct position.

You just have an active baby. My lo was very active when he got still i would worry.

I'm 40w5d and i can't really feel LO move as much. Ah i can't wait for baby to come  

Ok we'll that's a relief. Now next question over the last hour and a half I've had some weird contraction like pain but only in my lower area right above my bag almost my whole tummy gets tight but it only hurts in the lower area...I've had a baby but I dnt remember what contractions feel like. Sometimes they hurt bad (the pains I'm having) and I cnt breathe but it's bare able.
