Impantation or period??

Not sure if this is the right spot to post this lol. But had lmp on October 11th had it for my regular three days medium flow like usual. Had unprotected sex on 18, 19, 21 and 31 on 31 had spotting when going to the bathroom afterwards. Next expected period was supposed to begin on November 8th but I started spotting on the sixth and continued till the 8 then 2 more days only when wiping then yet again another 3 days of spotting. What is going on with me should I run out and buy a pregnancy test? Or be concerned that its something going wrong with my body? Someone plz help!!

A test is the only way to tell for sure if you are pregnant.
