So this go around will pretty much be my first time Brest feeding/pumping!

My question is do you prefer the disposable or washable nursing pads?

I never used washable but the Lansinoh brand were awesome. Expensive as balls though.

I've had both and I prefer disposable. They have the waterproof backing which is amazing. Plus they're typically thinner and less noticeable.

Medela disposables are my favorite, I have never leaked though one but with the washable ones I leak through with just one let down. Have never used the Lily pad things.

I used medela, lansinoh, Johnson and Johnson, and probably some more but my favorite was lansinoh. They can individually packaged and they were super thin but still absorbed very well.

Johnson and Johnson disposables were my favorite, if you go with disposable you will probably have to try a couple brands till you find the ones that are most comfortable for you.
