Weird noises while cooing

My 3 1/2 month old daughter seems like she's making these gasping like sounds when she's trying to talk. Shes breathing okay and smiles afterwards and continues to talk. Is this normal or should I take her to see her doctor.?

Oh yeah, it's just the babu trying to learn to push air out as they talk, she is 2 now lol.
