is he sick?

So my toddler has been having flu symptoms, but acting perfectly fine!
He'll go all day eating, playing, not being clingy, etc etc then he takes a nap and after his nap he throws up! At first I thought it was car sickness. but he also has diarrhea.
Friday-Diarrhea
Sat-Threw up 3 times
Sun-threw up 2 times
Mo- threw up 1
Today- threw up 1
Sounds stupid but other then throwing up he acts fine....
