Hemorrhoid surgery and future babies

I went ahead and had the surgery done 5 months ago because we were for sure done having children. Now, wouldn't you know it, I feel like I want one more and told my hubby hoping he would say no and set me straight, but then the little turd goes ahead and says that he wouldn't be opposed to having more babies with me, which pretty much put my baby fever in full swing. I'm just super nervous that it would undo all the 'work' I've had done down there. Anyone had babies after the surgery and have everything stay ok in hemorrhoid department?
