Allergic reaction?

posted 27th Nov
Earlier after I gave DD a bath she started sneezing a lot. She probably sneezed a total of 30 times. Well about an hour later I noticed the back of her neck was really red. I thought it might be from her scratching it so didn't inspect it. Well now about two hours later it was still there so I felt it and it feels like little bumps. Could she have had an allergic reaction? She didn't eat anything new. What can I do for it?
