Yeah I didn't even realize it happened. I never even weighed myself. I started at 220-225lbs and then two and half months later I randomly got on the scale and was 175 lbs. I was shocked. I mean, I should've known because I was fitting into medium shirts which I hadn't worn since I was in middle school.
I was in college, so I ate in the dining hall. I went to the salad bar every day and I would go to all the different stations and find one that just had meat and veggies and only get that. I would tuna salad and egg salad, and grapefruit and I had an omelet with meat and veggies every day for breakfast. I bought soy milk and low carb cereal and low carb bread. I ate peanut butter sandwiches on the carb bread like everyday.
I even drank. I would mix Crystal Light with vodka. I never worked out either.
