I guess it's possible to eat too much of anything...fruits, yes, because they have a high glycemic index. Veggies, I'm not sure. Some of them, definitely, for the same reason - like beets, carrots, etc.
Not really. Some fruits are full of sugars so you have to watch that. I juice every day and in just 8oz I have one green apple, a grapefruit, three large carrots, a stalk of celery, and banana. Then I eat veggies at lunch and dinner. I'm fine.

im no doctor but i have been eating bananas every single day if i can help it during my pregnancy. hasnt hurt me none lol we give our dog only carrots as treats everyday, she's fine too lol i would google something like that though if you want some solid answers, i guess..
