Severe pain

I have degenerative disc disease, sciatica and fibromaylgia, and My back feels like its on fire! I have pain shooting thru to my abdomen and its burning so bad :-( Also feel like im going to be sick and my chest hurts! Idk what to do... Everytime I go to the ER or the Dr follow up appt all they do is give me pills they wont send me to a specialist. I dont even know if this is the same problem? Can I call a specialist myself?
