Spider bite?! (possible tmi and pic)

So a while back I noticed and irritated red dot under and to the left of my nipple. Today at around 10 I looked at it again and it was dark purple and shiny with a little bit of white. I squeezed on it and some yellowish pus came out. After that just a lot of blood. It was swollen and it looked like it had skin peeling back from around the edge of the redness around the purple. There was also a small puncture on one side. I looked at it just now and it's not swollen anymore but there is another puncture on the other side and its still supper purple. A small amount of pus came out again, and I mean a VERY small amount but its now sore but still shiny and purple. (Obviously it's sore from me messing with it.) It hasn't been sore before now. In fact I wouldn't have noticed it if I hadn't moved just right in the shower. Could it be a spider bite??

Sounds like a cyst.

Could it be a staph infection?

ingrown hairs do crazy things too sometimes. if its a spider bite and not becoming a mountain of pain and hardness and soreness then it sounds fine. put witch hazel on it. itll heal it in no time! we use witch hazel for every other thing. all natural, dries anything up. if its still sore in just a few days maybe get it looked at if its freaking you out.

Generally cysts need antibiotics and sometimes need to be cut open and cleaned out by a medical professional so I do believe you need to see a doc. Maybe try to look into some free clinics.

It freaked me out because the amount of puss and blood coming out of it was shocking lol

Not true. Most cysts drain and go away on their own. The only time it is concerning if the infection spreads.

Good luck. Hope it goes away quickly. One thing you call do till you can be seen is mix very warm water with a bit of sea salt and take a napkin (dip it in the water) than place the napkin over the cyst and use it as a compress. Don't squeeze or mess with the lump anymore, hopefully the sea salt will help to draw out the infection.

im tellin ya though, witch hazel will dry that up real fast. totally safe.
