Your best cookie recipes!

posted 27th Nov
From scratch of course!
I started baking earlier this year and really got into it. Soooo this year for the holidays I want to bake a bunch of different cookies for everyone! Not really looking for just plain sugar cookies or gingerbread cookies and what not, but some really delicious cookies that will knock everyone's socks off

If you have any recipes for anything else baking related feel free to share them! I'm always looking for reasons to bake something and I don't really like baking the same thing twice lol. Thanks ladies

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
A little vanilla, if you want. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.

Mix, let rest 5 minutes. Makes 12, roll into little balls and press down gently with fork. Bake 350 for 12-15 minutes. They'll still be very gooey, let them rest for a while before transferring to cooling rack.

Super easy, but my most requested cookies...and gluten free, which is great if you know anyone who has that intolerance.

I literally JUST made some snickerdoodles lol. First and only cookie I've ever made from sscratch... But I'll keep the recipe for next time I make them! Maybe the recipe will be a little better than the one I used

Here is the recipe... I just added sliced almonds and coconut flakes
myself... a cup each. this is SUCH an easy recipe but a HUGE hit,
everyone who tried them goes CRAZY for them! good luck and have fun!! (make sure you use parchment paper cause it doesn't come out as good without it! just ask the people at the store where to get it cause it's normally hard to find)
1 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup dried cranberries (or other dried fruit)

Preheat
oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and
vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Add to butter mixture and stir until
well blended. Add dried cranberries. Drop by teaspoonful onto parchment
covered baking sheet. Bake about 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly
golden. Cool.

They are REALLY good but read the comments because mine came out a little flat. This is a copycat recipe for Subway's rasp. cheesecake cookies that they had a few years ago.
