Bloody show? TMI

Yesterday at the doctors I finally started getting progress. 2cm dilated, 50% effaced & TMI but I lost a giant disgusting piece of my plug while I was peeing in the cup.

Today I'm 38.4 weeks & I just went to the bathroom & lost another huge disgusting piece of my plug but this time it had tons of brown blood mixed in (gross, sorry!) So would this be considered my "bloody show" ???

I would love for her to actually come on her own!

Did they check you with their fingers? That could cause it to come out

More like his FIST! lol but yes, he did.

I lost the first half BEFORE he checked me yesterday. Then I bled for like an hour ish after he checked me.

Now this. It's been like 16 hours since then.

  keep checking through out the night. Are you having any silent contractions? If so you might need to just pack up and get ready for that trip to the hospital. Also as a safety precaution I would go ahead and put a few towels under the sheets for protection in case the water breaks in the middle of the night. I hope this is your early christmas present and best of luck momma!

Actually, yes. I had like 2 & they stopped. So I went & bounced on my ball for like 10 minutes. Nada now. It would be awesome if my water just busted, that way there is NO mistaking it lol

That's kinda how mine looked. I remember it was streaked. I lost it the same day I was checked and was 2cm and 100% effaced as well, and had her the next day.

I had 2 out of the 4 just gush lol....I wish I had taken my own advice about the towels because well its not fun sending DH home to scrub the mattress after LO is born. But he done ok just learning how to use the washer and all. Don't get discouraged if this goes on for a couple days though my son was stubborn for a couple days only staying at 2 cm but once he decided to come I only had an hour to get there I basically walked in pushed and took a stroll down the hallway 45 minutes after arriving. Boys can be stubborn!

  WOW I just read the story of Mallory! She is a precious miracle and I am going to have to parent tank you just to watch this beautiful blessing grow!

I'm so excited!
I can't wait to see her little squishy beautiful face!!!
