Oh god, I forgot about vitamin c   Do you know how much would be considered large volumes??? I think I caused this myself in the first place now   And, congrats on yours!!! YAY!!!!

I think when I was in your shoes, I used about 5,000 a day.

I was taking 6000-10000 mcg a day for about a week the beginning of November, I was horribly sick so I was downing vit c and vit d3 like candy trying to get over it   I feel like this is all my fault now. But, at least this would make sense for me. Sometimes, a reason is comfort.
