I had 3 parents ask me if they could because they had prior engagements to take their other children places at the same time. Of course I knew the kids were responsible so I let them. Maybe u just tell that parent if she asks sorry but oI need to stay. Then if he can't maybe she just won't bring him or they still might not come anyway. We invited every one in lylians class and 10 showed up.
She has 26 kids plus she invited some first graders from aftercare and some friends go are not in her class but that she knows outside of school. So odds are good that he won't come anyway.

Honestly, I just wouldn't invite him. If it comes up later, just say that you feel so bad, his invitation must have got lost. lol.

You're the jerk calling a 4/5 year old a little prick.
There was a kid in my sons old preschool who would bite him and hit him and my son would always come home saying how "James" was mean to him that day. There's no way I'd ruin my kids birthday for him by inviting his bully.
