is it safe to...

paint your crib? I still have my crib from my 2 year old and my DH got it out of storage today and I forgot that it has a ton of teeth marks on it.. My oldest is the one who made the marks he would just put his top teeth on it and drag it across the wood idk why. but now its really scratched up. so I wondering if we could either paint it or stain it and it be safe for my next little guy to use??

You can go in and ask for the paint to use at any paint store.. but yes you can repaint it.

You could always just covet it . We did this with my daughters old crib. There allot of teether rail covers out there. I would be concerned with just staining or painting it plus the next baby is going to do the same thing so you need a better solution. I'll try to post a picture later of what we did right now I'm on my phone.

I guess if you're not planning on having the baby in it anytime soon.

Baby won't be here til Feb. and usually dont move to the crib til they are about 5 months.. but I did look it up and you can buy paint/stains for cribs at most home improvement stores and paint specialty stores
